OmmaySing Me party Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions of our agreement with you to supply an OmmaySing me party. When you complete and return the booking form you must ensure that it is complete and accurate. However, unless and until we notify you that we have received it together with the signed terms and conditions and the deposit and that we accept the booking, no agreement between us will be created. You may cancel at anytime. Your deposit will always be non-refundable.
Payment of Fees
The Client pays a 50 % deposit to OmmaySing Me upon booking entertainment and/or services with OmmaySing Me. The remaining balance is due up to 3 working days before the party, unless special circumstances are agreed between OmmaySing Me and the Client..
Fees can be paid by credit/debit card, through the OmmaySing Me website.
The client is to complete payment fee balance up to 3 working days prior to the party booking.
If any fee which the Client is due to pay prior to the event has not been received at least 3 working days before the event, OmmaySing Me has the right to cancel the Booking without penalty and the Client will forfeit any other fees paid previously and remain liable for any cancellation fees due.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that the venue of their event is able to accommodate the services provided by OmmaySing Me.. This includes (but is not limited to): ensuring the venue has an adequate space for the services, gaining permission from the venue owner to host the services, and, where required, ensuring there is free parking for the OmmaySing Me facilitators or otherwise paying for their parking.
Prior to OmmaySing Me arriving you must make sure the area where OmmaySing Me will work is safe and free from all potential hazards. OmmaySing Me will also check the working area on arrival and let you know immediately if they have any concerns.
You will be responsible for any personal injury caused to an OmmaySing Me Leader as a result of your negligence.
You must ensure that there is at least  parent per  children responsible for the conduct of the children. Although OmmaySing Me will use their reasonable efforts to motivate and excite the children it is not their or our duty to discipline or control bad behaviour;
You will be responsible for any damage, not related to normal wear and tear that any child causes to OmmaySing Me equipment at cost (maximum £1,000);
You must inform us of any children with allergies, illnesses or any type of disability before the party. If it transpires that special help is required for any children then you must ensure this is available at all times;
If a child has a particular allergy we cannot be held responsible for any harm caused as a result.
We ensure all OmmaySing Me leaders have valid public liability insurance and are CRB checked.
OmmaySing Me is covered with public liability insurance. All of our Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous recruitment and training process before becoming an OmmaySing Me Leader.
Please note, for safety reasons, at least one other adult, in addition to the OmmaySing Me leader, must be present the whole time the party is running. This does not mean they have to be helping with the party, but they must be present should they be needed in the event of an accident arising. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure this happens.
We retain the right not to conduct certain activities if we feel the children are not responding appropriately, or are too riotous and therefore we deem it unsuitable to conduct certain activities at the party.
Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded
The deposit is non refundable and non transferable to another weekend date. We can however reschedule our services to a later date as long as it is on a weekday and for no later than 6 months after the original party booking date.
If you wish to cancel a party, notice must be given in writing and you must have received an email acknowledgement back . Please note we cannot accept messages left on voice mail as notification.
If for any reason a party has to be cancelled on the day of the party, notice must be given before the OmmaySing Me facilitators have commenced travel to the party destination. If for any reason you have to cancel and don’t give notice before the OmmaySing Me facilitators have commenced travel, you are required to cover the entertainer’s travel costs in full.
If for any reason we have to cancel a party due to extreme weather conditions then your all monies paid will be fully refunded and no admin fee would apply.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, then we can cancel our services and you will get a full refund of monies paid, but only if the OmmaySing Me facilitator is unable to get to the party. If the OmmaySing Me facilitators are able to get to the party and you still cancel then payments are non refundable and non transferable to another weekend date. We can however reschedule your party to a later date as long as it is on a weekday within 6 months.
