I know first hand to the impact of being shy and not expressing myself fully as a child. I had red hair and freckles and I stood out ! and often felt uncomfortable within myself. Of course as I grew up into adulthood I learned to love all of me and yet discovering my own singing voice at the age of 47, was a pivotal turning point for me. I found my voice and this changed my life. With my heart fully committed and devoted in service to humanity, in particular to children, I embrace a greater mission with OmmaySing Me, serving children and their families with positive life-affirming tools for living peace filled ,love-filled, creatively self-expressed lives. Educating and inspiring children to manage their emotions and feelings to remember and know just how amazing they already are is at the core of OmmaySing Me. With a distinction, a Masters Degree in Exercise and Health Behavior and as a consciousness teacher I weave together my knowledge of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health in all that I create and teach. My core vision is for meditation and self awareness to be taught as standard in all schools.
Love ~ A Poem By Emmet Fox
There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer
No disease that enough love will not heal
No door that enough love will not open
No gulf that enough love will not bridge
No wall that enough love will not throw down
No sin that enough love will not redeem
It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble
How hopeless the outlook
How muddled the tangle
How great the mistake
A sufficient realisation of love will disolve it all
If only you could love enough you would be
The happiest and most powerful being in the world.
